Item Description

The FlatPack Shoulder Pads provide a comfortable upgrade to the existing family of FlatPacks especially when carrying heavier loadouts (radios/comms, sustainment equipment, etc.). The shoulder pads feature a 4-way stretch internal channel for seamless cable management when running PTTs, EUD bridges, or hydration tubes and the slim profile hydrophobic padding prevents snagging and stock weld issues that are commonly faced with oversized pack straps.

Note: The FlatPack Shoulder Pads are sized to fit all FlatPacks (FlatPack, FlatPack Plus, Controller FlatPack, Controller FlatPack Plus, Assaulter FlatPack, and Assaulter FlatPack Plus).

Product Care and Maintenance Nylon Products

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Hand wash with warm water and a cloth or soft brush to remove dirt and debris, air dry indoors away from direct sunlight and do not store damp. DO NOT MACHINE WASH, MACHINE DRY OR DRY CLEAN. Exposure to detergents, bleach, or solvents may result in degradation and reduce the effectiveness of the product.

Product Liability Nylon Products

This manual should be read by all persons who have or will have the responsibility for using or maintaining this product. Any warranties by Haley Strategic Partners LLC with respect to this product are voided if the product is not used and maintained in accordance with the instructions in this manual. The following are general safety warnings intended to call attention to the fundamental performance limitations and areas of the product where proper usage must be followed. Failure to use and maintain the product according to the instructions and warnings contained herein may result in the product failing to perform as designed.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE INSTRUCTIONS OR WARNINGS WILL RESULT IN FAILURE, WHICH SUCH FAILURE MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH

  • Inspect the product for discoloration, chemical contamination, excessive UV light exposure, cuts, tears, damaged threads/bartacks, abrasions or cracks before and after each use. If the product fails inspection, it must be destroyed or repaired by the manufacturer before further use.
  • DO NOT alter the product in any way
  • DO NOT repair the product in any way
  • DO NOT expose the product to open flame or excessive heat (this product is not flame resistant)
  • DO NOT use this product except in its intended manner

Product Warranty Nylon Products

If a defect in materials or workmanship is found in any of our nylon products, we will repair or replace it, free of charge. This excludes normal wear and tear. Products that we carry that are made by another manufacturer, such as North American Rescue, AXL, SOAR and others are subject to the warranty and service policies of those manufacturers. Be aware that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable. Proof of purchase will be required.

  • Normal use allows for a 3-year life of this product, due to natural degradation of materials, if this product is 7-years old it should be destroyed (even if unused)
  • All replacement parts must be acquired from Haley Strategic Partners LLC or a licensed dealer partner
