Our partnership with DFNDR Armor® was built on the shared belief that every American should have the ability to purchase and wear body armor. The DFNDR Hard Armor insert was designed for fitment inside the Second Zippered Compartment AND the Hydration/Armor Compartment of the FlatPack providing multi-hit Level IIIA rated protection for defense against 9mm, .40, .45, .357 and .44 magnum (independently tested at muzzle velocity to the NIJ 0101.08 protocol). When paired with the FlatPack, the Hard Armor Insert provides low profile, lightweight EDC protection perfect for everyday wear. Armor Inserts are TSA Approved for both checked and carryon luggage.

Haley Strategic Partners LLC will not fulfill any orders to the state of Connecticut or New York, any orders purchased from the state of Connecticut or New York will be immediately refunded if the purchase is not in accordance with the law.

Level III and below rated body armor falls under the jurisdiction of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) while IV and higher performance rifle rated body armor plates fall under the jurisdiction of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and are subject to the export control laws of the U.S. Government. Export or retransfer of Rifle Plates by any means to any foreign end user, or for any other end use, whether in the U.S. or abroad, without the written approval of the U.S. Department of State, is prohibited. Haley Strategic Partners LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to sell body armor to any person. Haley Strategic Partners LLC assumes no liability for your use or misuse of any item sold or donated, including without limitation any incidental or consequential liability.
