D3 Sling Slider (Patent Pending)

At the core of the D3 Sling family is the Equal-Force Pivoting-Cam D3 Sling Slider, engineered to provide exceptionally smooth and consistent adjustment under load. Whether rapidly tightening the weapon into the body or extending for maximum freedom of movement, the D3 Slider maintains precise, reliable control in dynamic environments. Unlike traditional sling adjustment systems that rely on metal hardware or spring-loaded mechanisms, the D3 Sling Slider is engineered without metal or springs to eliminate corrosion concerns in harsh maritime and amphibious environments, including prolonged exposure to salt water.

The slider pull tab is constructed from rubberized Ultracomp® laminate, offering enhanced grip in wet conditions, exceptional durability, and extremely high tensile strength.

Modular Sling Operation

The D3 Pro Sling can be quickly configured for either Pull-To-Tighten or Pull-To-Loosen adjustment, allowing users to tailor sling manipulation to personal preference, shooting style, and weapon setup.

D3 Sling Pad

Designed to balance comfort with low-profile performance, the removable sling pad utilizes thin anti-microbial foam to reduce bulk while maintaining effective load distribution during extended wear. A thermally bonded 4-Way Stretch nylon face material enhances flexibility and provides exceptional next-to-body comfort without sacrificing durability. For users seeking a more streamlined configuration, the shoulder pad can be quickly removed.

Configurable Sling Hardware

All hardware on the D3 Pro Sling is fully modular and removable for maximum versatility. The sling comes standard with GrovTec QD Mounts, while remaining compatible with all 1” sling hardware or enabling direct weapon attachment methods.

2 to 1 Point QD Tri-Glide

The optional 2 to 1 Point QD Tri-Glide allows you to leverage the best of both sling types. Rapidly convert your Two-Point Sling into a One-Point Sling when extra maneuverability is required.

Thorntail X 1913 QD Sling Mount

The Thorntail X 1913 QD Sling Mount gives the end user options on where to mount a sling point providing a 45 degree offset for a lower profile, ambidextrous, snag resistant, anti-rotational, QD Swivel Socket attachment point. The 1913 QD Sling Mount is ideal for two-point slings and accepts all standard QD Sling Swivels or can be used as an attachment point for other types of sling hardware (HK Hooks, ULoop, paracord, etc.). Built for strength, Thorntail X mounts are machined from 7075-T6 Aluminum and MIL-A-8625 Type III hard coat anodized.

QD End Plate

The QD End Plate (Quick Detach) provides a low-profile rear attachment mounting solution for QD Sling Swivels by replacing the stock AR/M4 buffer tube end plate (carbine stock receiver end plate) with an end plate containing a QD Swivel Socket. The end plate attachment point allows a wide range of motion, enabling true ambidextrous weapon manipulation for both left and right-handed shooters for added mobility and weapon dexterity especially when operating in confined spaces. The QD End Plate is ideal for one-point sling mounting or rear-mounting of two-point slings and accepts all standard QD Sling Swivels.

NeoMag Sentry Strap

The Sentry Strap by NeoMag is the Haley Strategic Training Teams preferred solution for sling staging. The Sentry Strap secures around the rifle in the desired sling staging location with VELCRO® Brand hook and loop. The sling catch is constructed from woven elastic and utilizes strong magnet closures to secure the staged sling onto a rifle. Sling deployment is fast and intuitive, simply grab your sling and tug.
