The D3 Belt v1 provides a proven foundation to support any mission requirement for the modern warfighter delivering optimal synergy between belt rigidity and comfort.

Attention: Refer to the sizing guide, belt size is based on WAIST SIZE, not pants size. Pant size is impacted by vanity adjustments and is generally 2” to 4” smaller than true waist measurement. Customers exchanging belts due to incorrect size selection will be charged shipping/restocking fees.

Warning: The D3 Belt is NOT intended for horizontal positioning, restraint, rappelling, or fall protection, and should NEVER be used for any of these activities.

Battle belts have been used by warfighters dating back to the first American Revolutionary War. Throughout time, materials and mission requirements have evolved and so have belt designs. The application of the latest technologies in American made materials and over 240 years of battle belt history have combined to form our D3 Belt.

Constructed of a proprietary 2” nylon webbing instead of the common industry practice of 1.5” or 1.75” webbing allows for an appropriate 1” spacing between MOLLE positions eliminating binding on pouches and other MOLLE attached accessories. The D3 Belt v1 is designed with reversed closure orientation to eliminate bulk material from excess sizing adjustments and to access additional MOLLE real estate, enabling more options for holster mounting. To ensure load bearing function an internal stiffener is incorporated into the design for added rigidity without compromising weight, comfort or flexibility. The inside of the belt is lined with VELCRO® Brand hook and closes with the proven Cobra buckle.

Product Liability D3 Belt

The D3 Belt was independently tested to meet and exceed the UIAA 105 load rating standards but is NOT certified by the UIAA due to the exclusion of leg loops. The D3 Belt must be used in conjunction with appropriate, load rated leg loops that meet or exceed EN12277:2016 to form a Type C Sit Harness when used for rappelling, restraint, or other tethering operations. 

This manual should be read by all persons who have or will have the responsibility for using or maintaining this product. Any warranties by Haley Strategic Partners LLC with respect to this product are voided if the product is not used and maintained in accordance with the instructions in this manual. The following are general safety warnings intended to call attention to the fundamental performance limitations and areas of the product where proper usage must be followed. Failure to use and maintain the product according to the instructions and warnings contained herein may result in the product failing to perform as designed.

Product Care and Maintenance Nylon Products

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Hand wash with warm water and a cloth or soft brush to remove dirt and debris, air dry indoors away from direct sunlight and do not store damp. DO NOT MACHINE WASH, MACHINE DRY OR DRY CLEAN. Exposure to detergents, bleach, or solvents may result in degradation and reduce the effectiveness of the product.

Nylon Products

If a defect in materials or workmanship is found in any of our nylon products, we will repair or replace it, free of charge. This excludes normal wear and tear. Products that we carry that are made by another manufacturer, such as North American Rescue, AXL, SOAR and others are subject to the warranty and service policies of those manufacturers. Be aware that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable. Proof of purchase will be required.

  • Normal use allows for a 3-year life of this product, due to natural degradation of materials, if this product is 7-years old it should be destroyed (even if unused)
  • All replacement parts must be acquired from Haley Strategic Partners LLC or a licensed dealer partner
