Every aspect of fundamental weapons manipulation and employment will be executed and explored under night vision in this foundational course curriculum tailored for beginner to intermediate NODs users. 

Disruptive Environment, or D3, Precision Rifle (LE Focus) is a performance-first course that accelerates the learning curve for shooters seeking reliable, repeatable precision at extended ranges. It integrates external ballistics, shooter biomechanics, mental processing, applied ballistics, and deliberate practice through classroom instruction and on-range data collection. You’ll build and develop the mechanical and cognitive systems needed to produce consistent first-shot accuracy across changing range and environmental conditions. 

The Disruptive Environment, or D3, course is an advanced applications program tailored for experienced shooters, including military personnel, law enforcement officers, and responsible armed citizens. This multi-day, performance-first carbine course fuses speed, movement, and positional work into a diagnostics-driven curriculum. Built for shooters who already know the fundamentals, it uses high-rep, measurable practice to establish baselines, collect movement-to-shot data, and convert feel into repeatable performance.

Developed in collaboration with LaRosa Training Services, this integrated three-day program combines Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) with Haley Strategic's foundational Night Observation Devices (NODs) curriculum. Students begin by developing practical trauma management skills for low-light environments before transitioning into the effective employment of night vision equipment, weapons manipulation, and live-fire application under NODs. Together, the program provides a complete introduction to operating and managing casualties in reduced-visibility environments.
